• Proven experience as Senior Contract Administrator or Contract Manager on medium to large-scale commercial, hotel, residential or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, cost reporting and variations.
• Manage progress claims and financial forecasting to maintain project budgets.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and maintain contractual controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project success.
