Job summary

CGC Recruitment seeks a capable Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator for an established WA Tier 2 builder delivering major commercial, health and institutional developments in Perth’s southern suburbs.

You will oversee procurement, contract administration and cost control across large projects, collaborating with seasoned project teams to ensure variations and progress claims are managed effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator with a commercial head contractor.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor procurement and contract management.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a collaborative team.
