Contec Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to oversee commercial and contractual management of a landmark 29-storey residential development just south of the Brisbane river, involving 200+ residences. You’ll work with project and construction teams on procurement, subcontractor negotiations, variations and cost reporting to drive performance.

About the Role

As Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of a landmark 29-storey residential development comprising 200+ residences just south of the river.

Working closely with the project and construction teams, you’ll oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, variations, cost reporting and contractual risk, playing a key role in driving commercial performance and successful project delivery.

This is an opportunity to step beyond traditional contract administration and take a more influential role, with the autonomy to shape decisions and drive outcomes.

• Proven experience as a CA or Senior CA on multi-residential, high-rise or commercial projects.
