As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial success of large-scale projects through effective contract administration, procurement management, and claims assessment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the administration of head contracts and subcontract agreements.
Supporting procurement strategies and subcontractor engagement processes.
Providing contractual advice to project teams and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
Assessing, preparing, and negotiating progress claims and payment applications.
Managing variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and contractual claims.
Implementing robust change management processes and commercial controls.
Preparing commercial reports, forecasts, budgets, and cost-to-complete assessments.
Supporting dispute avoidance and resolution through practical commercial solutions.
Maintaining accurate project documentation and contractual records.
Building strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Minimum 8+ years' experience in contract administration, commercial management, quantity surveying, or project advisory.
Experience working on major construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, or industrial projects.
Strong understanding of a variety of contract models and procurement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex variations, claims, and commercial negotiations.
Experience with project controls, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Strong contract interpretation and commercial management capabilities.
