Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a Senior Content Producer (Social & Editorial) to bring the Dulux brand to life through compelling storytelling across social, editorial, and branded campaigns. You’ll work with Brand, IMC, Media, PR and CX teams, collaborating with agencies and creators to ensure content is creative, consistent and impactful.

What You’ll Be Doing

Bring the Dulux brand to life through compelling storytelling, engaging social content and audience-led creative campaigns. As our Senior Content Producer (Social & Editorial), you'll develop distinctive content that builds brand authority, inspires customers and strengthens emotional connection with one of Australia's most iconic brands.

Working closely with Brand, IMC, Media, PR and CX teams, you'll create and deliver content across campaigns, partnerships and owned channels, while collaborating with agencies, creators and production partners to ensure Dulux shows up with creativity, consistency and impact. You'll play a key role in shaping the stories, content and experiences that connect our brands with customers every day.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience creating engaging social, editorial, campaign or branded content across multiple channels.

Strong storytelling, copywriting and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop compelling brand narratives.

Experience producing content across video, editorial, social and digital platforms.

Ability to manage content shoots, creative production and agency or creator partnerships.

Strong understanding of audiences, cultural trends and content performance metrics.

A collaborative approach with experience working across marketing, media, PR and customer teams.

Passion for creating content that balances creative excellence with commercial outcomes.
