BE Campbell is seeking a Senior Consumer & Category Analyst to own the insights function and translate consumer behaviour into business growth. The role partners with NPD and commercial stakeholders to shape product development and market strategies.

This isn’t a back-office analytics role.
You’ll partner closely with our NPD team and commercial stakeholders, helping answer questions like:
Your insights won’t sit in spreadsheets. They’ll shape innovation pipelines, strengthen business cases, and influence what we bring to the market.
Analysing consumer, customer and category data to uncover trends and opportunities
Experience within private label (own label) FMCG environments, supplying major retailers such as Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and independent grocery channels, will be highly regarded!
