Job summary

Department of Training and Workforce Development leads the Clean Energy Skills National Centre of Excellence, partnering with WA TAFEs, universities and industry to shape training for the clean energy transition. The Principal Consultant will guide curriculum management, learning design and resource development within a fast-paced team.

The role requires extensive vocational education experience, strong project management, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver future-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in vocational education and training sector with curriculum management, learning design and resource development.
• Strong knowledge of technology-enabled learning and pedagogical approaches for diverse audiences.
• Experience with project management and interaction with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to design and assurance of future-focused training products, resources and services for stakeholders.
• Coordinate a community of practice for program design and mobilise Centre objectives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with TAFE, universities, industry, Jobs and Skills Councils and other partners in current and future clean energy training landscape.
