Senior Consultant, Business Transformation

The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation team, you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform, Power and Utilities and Infrastructure Transformation.

This role is based in Warrang (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) and Ngambri (Canberra).

  • Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and enjoy working collaboratively to design and implement transformative solutions. You value innovation, teamwork, and delivering meaningful impact.
  • Have hands-on experience across business transformation projects, including strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery. Workshop facilitation and strong presentation skills are highly regarded.
