Job summary

KBR, on behalf of Rex Minerals, is seeking two experienced Construction Site Superintendents for a major greenfield copper and gold project in South Australia. You will join the integrated Owner's Construction Team on-site, leading safety, execution and interface management across multiple contractors.

This is a full-time, two-year engagement featuring a back-to-back roster and a dynamic, multi-contractor environment with EPCM partners.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or equivalent construction background.
• 10–15 years' experience in site supervision or Superintendent roles on major projects.
• Proven experience working in EPCM-led, multi-contractor environments.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and strong construction execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership across all construction activities and ensure WHS compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day construction across earthworks, civils, structural steel, SMP, E&I.
• Coordinate interfaces between Owner, EPCM and contractors to meet scope and schedule.
• Ensure quality compliance, participate in ITPs and handover readiness.
• Contribute to short-interval planning and construction reporting.
