Job summary

Hindmarsh is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major construction project in Adelaide. You will oversee delivery, safety, environment, time and cost controls, ensuring the contracted date is met while managing client relationships.

The role requires 10+ years in Tier 1/2 construction, a White Card, and a Civil/Construction degree with experience on >$20 million projects. Strong MS Project and Aconex skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Tier 1/2 commercial construction.
• White Card (General Construction Induction).
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated capacity delivering projects over $20 million.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards, codes and legislative requirements.
• Experience using MS Project and Aconex.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned projects on time, on budget, and to specified quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead the entire delivery team, ensuring integration of site, design, commercial, and administrative components.
• Be the final authority on all project communication and documentation issued to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the team in establishing accurate project cash flows and proactively manage revenue and expenditure.
• Drive commercial awareness across the team and reinforce financial performance.
