Job summary

Infravision is hiring a Construction Manager, Stringing & Technology in Australia. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of transmission projects, coordinating engineers, contractors, and operators to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

You will develop new techniques and technologies to improve efficiency, safety, and project outcomes while traveling across Australia to support field operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management for transmission projects in Australia.
• Proven track record of delivering complex transmission construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise engineers and technicians.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute Australian projects using Infravision methods.
• Coordinate with engineers, manufacturing and contractors to meet budget and schedule.
• Provide SME in utility line work, UAS stringing operations and site integration.
• Oversee team performance and provide coaching.
• Communicate with stakeholders and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver operator training and collect product feedback for development.
