Source Legal, part of HPX Group, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on construction law to work in a dynamic in-house environment across diverse clients and sectors. This is a senior, client-facing role that combines strategic advisory with practical contract work.

You'll mentor colleagues, drive commercial contracts, and contribute to a culture of flexibility—choose how, where and when you work—while delivering high-quality legal support and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Post Admission experience in Construction Law.
• Strong front end experience and a passion for contracts.
• Experience and a genuine interest in mentoring others in Construction law.
• Strong experience in an in-house or private practice environment.
• Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior legal counsel across construction matters for diverse clients.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and related documents.
• Mentor junior lawyers and share expertise.
