Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications in ecology, environmental science, conservation biology, natural resource management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in conservation planning, biodiversity conservation, natural resource management or environmental program delivery.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate complex work across multiple teams.
• Experience applying adaptive management, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making in conservation or environmental programs.
• An ability to translate scientific and technical information into practical management actions and planning outcomes.
• Experience with conservation planning tools, spatial planning or MiradiShare will be highly regarded.
