An opportunity has arisen for a passionate compliance professional to play a key role in the ongoing development and implementation of the Trustee’s Compliance Framework.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, this broad and hands-on position will involve contributing to the design and application of best practice compliance processes across the Trustee and the fund. The role will also encompass monitoring, evaluating and reporting on compliance obligations and complaints, while actively fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.

To be considered, you will have at least three years’ compliance experience within a superannuation fund, together with a sound knowledge of trustee obligations, regulatory requirements and the broader legislative landscape. A legal background will be viewed favourably and critical to your success will be your ability to demonstrate experience in the relevant legislative and regulatory environment, along with excellent communication, strong organisational skills and a high level of self-motivation.
