• Provide high-level advice to senior management and operational project teams.
• Prepare information/documentation on complex technical project and development compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance and statutory processes under the SDPWO Act and SSRC Act, including audits and monitoring for development approvals in State development areas.
• Develop and implement compliance programs within project management systems and delivery framework.
• Coordinate and review development assessment and compliance processes to support organisational goals, including continuous improvement.
• Contribute to negotiations and build relationships with government agencies, infrastructure providers and the private sector.
• Perform research, analysis and interpretation of complex land use, infrastructure and major projects issues.
