Job summary

Kirsten Hamilton seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory obligations, including AML/CTF and Responsible Gaming, and to serve as the AUSTRAC AML/CTF Compliance Officer. Qualifications

• Senior experience in compliance, risk or governance in AUSTRAC-regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF legislation and 2024-2026 reforms.
• Ability to meet the 'fit-and-proper' requirements of the AML/CTF Compliance Officer role.

Responsibilities

• Act as AML/CTF Compliance Officer and main AUSTRAC contact.
• Own and improve AML/CTF program, risk assessments, policies and controls.
• Oversee Responsible Gaming framework and regulatory licensing conditions.
• Lead enterprise risk management and maintain compliance framework.
• Advise the Board on risk and provide practical solutions.
• Engage with regulators, auditors, and industry bodies.
