• Provide high-level advice to senior management and operational project teams on complex technical project and development compliance matters.
• Lead coordination of compliance and statutory processes under the SDPWO Act and SSRC Act, including auditing and monitoring for development approvals in State development areas under Part 6 of the SDPWO Act.
• Contribute to enforcement actions and investigations under the SDPWO Act including evidence collection.
• Develop and implement compliance programs within a portfolio and project management framework to support statutory responsibilities, including training and guidance.
• Coordinate and review development assessment and compliance processes to support organisational goals and continuous improvement.
