Marinus Link is seeking a strategic Completions & Commissioning Manager to lead the development and delivery of the completions and commissioning program for the interconnector project, ensuring assets are constructed, tested and safely placed into service.

You will integrate design, construction sequencing and testing decisions, lead testing activities, and coordinate with Contractors, OEMs and market stakeholders such as AEMO and TNSPs to energise and handover assets.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires delivery-focused leadership across complex multi-party infrastructure.
• Experience transitioning assets from construction to operations with commissioning handover.
• Knowledge of safety systems, risk reviews and quality assurance processes.

Aufgaben

• Develop an integrated Systems Completion and Commissioning plan for Converters, Cable System and Network Integration.
• Provide leadership and assurance of the Systems Completion Plan with Contractors and OEMs.
• Implement permit-to-work, lock-out/tag-out and safety systems for live testing and operation.
• Develop testing plans, start-up sequences and coordination with TNSPs and AEMO.
• Mobilise resources and oversee commissioning teams; generate a handover plan to operations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to engage market participants for energy flow tests.
• Report status, risks and mitigations to the Project Leadership Team and executives.
