Large listed property organisation

We are recruiting on behalf of a major listed organisation seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager for an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension to 12 months. This is a high-impact role managing a broad and complex property portfolio across premises, fleets, assets, and associated leasing arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all assets, premises, fleets, leases, and contracts, ensuring full compliance with terms and budgets.
• Manage procurement and contracted services in line with the client’s procurement and contract management framework.
• Provide high-level strategic advice on leasing, asset management, and contractual matters to senior leadership.
• Represent the organisation in negotiations, consultations, and committees relating to asset management.
• Lead the delivery of key property-related projects and programs to drive service improvements.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance service outcomes.

About You:

• Proven experience in property and asset management within large, complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of lease negotiation, procurement frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
