Empire Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join a thriving practice with an impressive and growing client base. You will run commercial property matters with autonomy and direct client exposure.

You'll work for developers, investors, corporate clients and business owners on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, due diligence and complex transactions, while mentoring junior lawyers and helping grow the firm's property practice.

Qualifications

• Associate or Senior Associate level commercial property experience.
• Strong technical and commercial skills.
• Proven ability to manage matters independently.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Running commercial property files autonomously from commencement to completion.
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Commercial, retail and industrial leasing matters.
• Property development and project work.
• Due diligence and complex transactional matters.
• Providing strategic property advice to a diverse client base.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers and support staff.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice.
