Empire Group seeks a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its elite CBD offices in Sydney. You will work with senior partners and sophisticated clients, gaining hands-on experience in acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing within a premier property team.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of property law experience in private practice, strong drafting skills, and a business-focused mindset to support external clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' PAE in property law within a reputable private practice.
• Strong technical grounding, analytical capability and commercial curiosity.
• Excellent interpersonal and drafting skills to foster direct client relationships.

The Role & Responsibilities

Our client is looking to recruit a lawyer with around 2 to 5 years paeto join their Commercial Property team. Working closely with pre-eminent partners and directly with sophisticated clients, you will gain 'hands on' experience.
