Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, from pre-litigation to trial and beyond.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a range of commercial disputes, including contracts, breaches of warranty, shareholder disputes, and insolvency.
• Draft and review pleadings, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed case summaries and memoranda.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

This role will be joining their growing team in Sydney. You will play a key role in managing and leading complex commercial disputes, providing strategic advice to clients, and representing them in court and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
