The successful candidate will handle complex litigation, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is valued for senior applicants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk management and commercial outcomes.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, contracts, correspondence and legal advice.
• Conduct negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers where appropriate.
