Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in commercial litigation and class actions
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in business development and building client relationships
• Ability to run matters autonomously and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with legal advice
• Regularly review applicable case law and legislative changes
• Conduct effective legal research and analysis to produce timely, commercial and legally accurate advice
• Manage a robust workload, including prioritising work and delivering services effectively
• Develop an understanding of client operations and strategy
• Manage prospective client relationships
• Continual professional development and MCLE requirements
