Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) – Critical Care Resource Nurse for the RPAH Intensive Care Service on a temporary part-time basis. Working a rotational roster with 12-hour shifts, you will provide senior nursing leadership, support staff education, and drive evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.

Must hold current AHPRA registration, a Critical Care Post-Graduate Certificate, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA and current nurse credentials.
• Experience in Intensive Care Nursing.
• Post-graduate Certificate in Critical Care.
• Australian work rights required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior nursing clinical leadership in CNS2 role.
• Support clinical practice development and staff education.
• Promote patient safety and high-quality care in ICU.
• Rotate on a 12-hour shift roster.
