PCYC Queensland is seeking a professional Club Manager to lead the Sunshine Coast Youth Club, overseeing operations, budgets, staff and member engagement, in partnership with the Queensland Police Service.

The role focuses on safeguarding, program delivery across Gym, Fitness, Gymnastics and Little n Active, and community initiatives, with flexible work options and not-for-profit salary packaging benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering on KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement and manage change in a clear, logical manner.
• Previous experience working in the Not-For-Profit Sector is desirable.
• Qualifications in gym and fitness and/or Gymnastics are desirable.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsabilités

• Overall operational, financial, and people management of the PCYC Sunshine Coast facility.
• Lead and support staff in developing and implementing operational plans, driving financial performance, and managing budgets effectively.
• Inspire and guide a high-performing, multidisciplinary team while ensuring compliance with PCYC policies, safety standards, and child protection requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, local businesses, and community organisations, fostering engagement and collaboration.
• Oversee and optimise PCYC programs such as Gym, Fitness, Gymnastics, and Little n Active, promoting membership growth and retention through targeted local marketing and community initiatives.
• Champion PCYC’s core values of Respect, Passion, Teamwork, Commitment, and Leadership, ensuring these principles are embedded in all aspects of club operations.
