Job summary

Xero is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Cloud Platform Access team to design and operate identity and access controls across AWS, GCP, and Azure. This high-leverage platform security work treats secure access as a product, enabling teams to ship quickly while reducing privilege and long-lived credentials.

You will mentor engineers, foster psychological safety, and drive automation, IAM, and policy enforcement across cloud environments, collaborating with security, platform, and product teams

Qualifications

• Solid experience securing at least one public cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Designed and maintained reusable Terraform modules and automation for IAM controls and policy guardrails.

Responsibilities
