Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a senior cloud, infrastructure or platform engineering role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Background in securing, resilient and highly available production environments.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, support and maintain Azure, hybrid cloud and infrastructure platforms.
• Support VMware, network services, Cloudflare and related technologies.
• Provide senior technical support for complex incidents and service degradation.
• Lead root-cause analysis and problem management.
• Build reusable Infrastructure as Code modules and deployment patterns.
• Develop automation using Terraform, PowerShell, Python, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades and patches.
• Support vulnerability remediation and security controls.
• Improve monitoring, logging and observability across platforms.
• Mentor other engineers and share engineering best practices.
