Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a technically strong cloud security professional to join our JAPAC Professional Services team. This hands-on role focuses on cloud attack techniques, detection, and defense for large, high-profile clients within the region.

You will assess AWS and Azure deployments, design detection content, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver actionable findings and recommendations. Strong communication with executive and technical audiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud security across AWS and Azure environments.
• Ability to design detection content and alerting for cloud workloads.
• Experience with scripting to automate assessment tasks and data correlation.
• Knowledge of cloud attack techniques and threat actor behavior.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cloud security assessments focusing on AWS and Azure configurations, identities, networks, and exposure.
• Design and implement detection logic and alerting for cloud control plane activity and misconfigurations.
• Develop automation to speed up assessments and handle large datasets.
• Collaborate with Red Team during Purple Team exercises to translate gaps into recommendations.
• Produce clear reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, keeping stakeholders informed.
