Job summary

Quotient Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Data Infrastructure team to design and evolve cloud, data and AI infrastructure underpinning our genomics-first drug discovery platform.

You will lead architecture across AWS, collaborate with cloud and data engineers, bioinformaticians, AI scientists and computational biologists, and mentor engineers through design reviews, delivery and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, building and operating production cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced hands-on AWS ownership across multiple production systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve AWS-based infrastructure for cloud, data platforms and AI/ML workloads.
• Design and implement reusable infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and environment-management patterns.
• Own cross-cutting decisions for observability, IAM, networking and data lifecycle management.
• Mentor Cloud and Data Engineers through design reviews and incident response.
• Collaborate with AI scientists to translate model needs into secure platform capabilities.
• Diagnose complex failures and lead incident reviews for improvement.
• Set engineering standards for testing, release management and security.
