Qualifications

5+ years of customer-facing consulting experience leading, designing and implementing software solutions with strong foundations in system design.
Experience with application modernisation patterns and strategies, including refactoring and re-platforming techniques.
Experience with one or more modern relational or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, DynamoDB), including data modelling and query optimisation.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices patterns at scale.
Experience with AWS technologies, including designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

Solution Delivery: Work directly with customers to understand requirements, architect solutions, and deliver working software.
Software Development: Design, build/ modernise, and ship scalable cloud-native applications end-to-end on AWS.
Agentic Engineering: Champion AI-Driven software development methodologies and multi-agent systems.
