Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to lead cloud-native software delivery for AWS Professional Services. You will architect solutions, build scalable front-to-back systems, and apply AI-driven methodologies to accelerate design, development and deployment across customer engagements.

The role focuses on modernising legacy apps, delivering end-to-end solutions, and collaborating with customer teams and partners to achieve enterprise cloud outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing consulting experience leading, designing and implementing software solutions.
• Experience with application modernization and refactoring strategies.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices patterns at scale.
• Experience with AWS technologies, including designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery: Understand requirements, architect solutions, and deliver working software.
• Software Development: Design, build/modernise, and ship scalable cloud-native applications on AWS, with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agentic Engineering: Build multi-agent AI-driven systems to accelerate design, coding, testing, and deployment while maintaining quality.
