Job summary

Uniting is seeking an experienced Senior Clinician to join the LikeMind team and deliver recovery-oriented mental health support across multiple sites in Western Sydney. The role involves comprehensive assessments, risk evaluations, treatment planning and clinical supervision within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Approved tertiary qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
• Provisional or full registration with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, including mental state examinations, risk assessments, case formulations and initial treatment planning.
• Review assessments for clients referred to access-focused psychological supports to inform clinical interventions.
• Provide mentorship, clinical supervision and consultation to L1 and L2 clinicians.
• Work collaboratively with consumers and families to deliver recovery-oriented support.
• Participate in triage and intake of referrals and negotiate appropriate care plans.
