Alignerr is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist to bring senior-level clinical rigor to AI development. You will design and review regulatory-ready trial protocols and audit clinical data powering AI systems, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.

You will work remotely on your own schedule, contributing expert feedback to improve AI reasoning about clinical outcomes and establishing data quality standards across AI research workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience designing protocols for regulatory submission.
• Ability to interpret clinical data for FDA/EMA purposes.
