ICON Strategic Solutions, part of ICON Plc, is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee clinical trial monitoring in a remote/hybrid setup. You will ensure trials are conducted in compliance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

You will monitor sites, conduct visits, resolve issues, train staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting. Willingness to travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with understanding of trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills.
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management with proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; willingness to travel (≈60%).
