Job summary

Novotech in Sydney is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to ensure the rights and wellbeing of trial participants and the accuracy of reported data, acting as the primary contact between Investigational Sites, Novotech and Sponsor. The CRA will ensure trials are conducted per ICH GCP guidelines, local and global regulatory requirements.

This role is based in Sydney with hybrid working arrangements and flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences-related field.
• Must have good time management, attention to detail, be able to work well in a team, and be computer literate.
• Minimum of 3 years CRA independent monitoring experience, preferably within Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Principal Investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists, and trial personnel to ensure efficient trial management.
• Foster internal and external customer relationships to ensure timely and productive project delivery.
• Collaborate with IHCRA and RSA, prepare site essential documents, and support ethics/regulatory submissions as needed.
• Understand local and international regulatory requirements relevant to trials.
• Ensure recruitment of participants per site target and drive site recruitment plans.
• Monitor investigational sites per ICH GCP across all trial phases, including site visits.
