Job summary

Novotech is seeking aClinical Research Associate (CRA) based in Perth, Western Australia. The role balances on-site site management with flexible hybrid working hours to support work-life balance while protecting participant rights and ensuring data quality.

The CRA will be the primary liaison between Investigational Sites, Novotech and Sponsors, ensuring trials comply with ICH GCP and local/global regulations. Excellent coordination, teamwork and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences field with good time management and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and computer literacy required for data handling and site coordination.
• Experience in clinical research or pharma is preferred depending on job level.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Principal Investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists and site personnel to ensure efficient trials.
• Foster internal and external relationships to meet study requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with IHCRA and RSA to prepare essential site documents and support ethics/regulatory submissions.
• Understand regulatory requirements with RSU team for specific trials.
• Drive site participant recruitment and engagement; update site recruitment plans.
• Monitor investigational sites across phases of trials, onsite or remote as CMP permits.
