Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager/Clinical Project Manager in Canberra, ACT. The role directs and delivers designated clinical study projects, maintaining quality, scope, cost and schedule while collaborating with vendors and client teams.

You will lead budgeting, risk management, training, and report on KPIs to senior management. A minimum of 7 years in clinical research and 4 years of PM experience, with travel flexibility, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science or health-related field.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience managing global trials and travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point-of-contact and escalation point to the client.
• Coordinate and oversee external vendors to the timeline and budget.
• Manage the study budget and profitability; identify out-of-scope activities.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk management.
• Ensure quality management including eTMF/QA and regulatory compliance.
• Lead internal and client meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
