As the Senior Clinical Nurse you’ll play a key role in delivering expert, recovery-focused care to young people aged 12–25 who are at risk of, or experiencing, a first episode of psychosis. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide advanced clinical nursing support through assessment, medication management, risk assessment and care planning.
As the nurse-led clinic coordinator, you’ll oversee the daily operation of the clozapine and depot clinics, provide hands‑on support and supervision to nursing colleagues, and contribute to clinical decision‑making and escalation processes.
Guided by the EPPIC model of care, you’ll champion early intervention, youth-friendly access and collaborative, evidence-based care that supports recovery and minimises the impact of psychosis on young people and their families.
