Job summary

GLH Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee clinical operations in an aged care home across WA, NSW, VIC, and QLD. The role focuses on resident-centred clinical services, leadership of the care team and ensuring clinical standards and governance are met.

You will lead a senior team, mentor staff, support quality improvement, and collaborate with health professionals to deliver high-quality care and outcomes for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and no conditions.
• Experience in senior clinical or leadership role within aged care.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with clinical systems, reporting and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical leadership to nursing and care staff.
• Drive quality improvement and ensure accreditation/compliance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team through training.
• Foster collaborative relationships with medical professionals, residents, families.
• Monitor and report on clinical outcomes, risk management and governance.
• Contribute to the organisation’s vision for person-centred care.
