Job summary

Ascend Recruit is seeking a Senior Client-side Project Manager to own projects from inception to completion, working directly with clients and multi-disciplinary consultants in Brisbane's CBD. You will manage a diverse pipeline across Queensland, from residential and mixed-use to sports, retail and development projects.

Qualifications

• Strong project delivery experience.
• Client-side or consultancy experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Good understanding of Queensland legislation, approvals and project processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
• High energy, initiative and a strong work ethic.
• A genuine interest in delivering great projects.
• Multisector experience is highly desirable.
• Development PM experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Work closely with consultants, builders and stakeholders.
