Job summary

Findex is seeking a Senior Client Services Officer to join the Risk Insurance pool team, based on-site in Hastings. You will support advisers by implementing insurance and handling day-to-day client service tasks, including enquiries and maintaining client records.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, hands-on training, and a collaborative local team environment in a close-knit Hastings office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client services role or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client service and outputs, in both written and verbal form.
• Completing Risk Insurance applications and tracking the implementation process.
• Liaising with external providers and maintaining client records via Xplan.
• Formatting advice documents and implementing adviser recommendations.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client data and compliance records.
• Supporting the wider Adviser Services team with pooled client associate tasks as needed.

Ready to grow your career in client services?

We're looking for a Senior Client Services Officer to join our Risk Insurance pool team, based on-site in Hastings. You'll support our advisers by implementing insurance, alongside day-to-day client service work such as managing enquiries and keeping client records accurate and up to date.

This is a close-knit team where you'll work directly alongside an experienced Hastings-based client services associate who'll provide hands-on training and support, all in a part-time role with some flexibility in how your hours are structured.

Your role, your contribution!

Delivering high-quality client service and outputs, in both written and verbal form.

Completing Risk Insurance applications and tracking the implementation process.

Liaising with external providers and maintaining client records via Xplan.

Formatting advice documents and implementing adviser recommendations.

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client data and compliance records.

Supporting the wider Adviser Services team with pooled client associate tasks as needed.
