This role focuses on onboarding, complex client communications, and cross-border needs such as UK pension transfers; you'll mentor junior staff and help optimize how we deliver service using modern advice technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Australian client services within financial advice.
• Strong understanding of advice documents and workflows.
• Experience onboarding, platform and super fund paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior point of contact for client queries by phone, email and CRM.
• Coordinate client meetings, review cycles and adviser diaries.
• Manage onboarding, disclosures and fact find documentation for new clients.
• Support advisers and paraplanners with checklist-driven processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and help improve service workflows.
