Job summary

NSW Trustee and Guardian is seeking a Senior Client Service Officer in Parramatta to support onboarding of new customers into financial management services, assess needs and make initial financial decisions, while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You will help identify strategies to support customers' financial wellbeing and independence, delivering high-quality, customer-centred services for NSW's most vulnerable people.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers through complex or high-volume matters with quality outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with customers, families and service providers.
• Well-developed financial skills to assess information and make sound decisions.
• Experience managing complex customer matters and exercising sound judgement for practical outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and risks.
