W3Global is seeking an accomplished Civil Project Manager to lead major Queensland civil works. You will manage planning, procurement, resourcing and delivery across multiple sites, reporting to senior leadership with direct access to engineering teams.

You must have a strong track record on water infrastructure and MRT works, with a degree in Civil Engineering and MRT approvals. The role emphasizes safety, quality and commercial discipline on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' Australian civil construction Project Manager experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record delivering water infrastructure and MRT projects.
• Current Transport and Main Roads personnel schedule approval.
• Strong contract administration, programming and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, programming, procurement, resourcing and construction delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Administer the contract and protect commercial position.
• Lead and develop Project Engineers and Site Engineers, and manage Supervisors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Deliver Transport and Main Roads projects in line with contract and reporting requirements.
• Manage safety, quality, environmental and project compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records, reporting and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, authorities and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks early and make practical decisions to keep work moving.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard.
