Senior Civil Estimator – Infrastructure Tenders

Job summary

G2N is seeking experienced estimators with a civil infrastructure background to join our bid teams. You will contribute to preparing competitive tender estimates for civil projects across public and private sectors, supporting bid leadership and coordinating with subcontractors.

The role requires a tertiary engineering qualification, 3+ years in civil tender estimating and a decade of overall civil infrastructure experience, with strong proficiency in Expert software and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Engineering Science or Construction Management degree required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in estimating civil infrastructure tenders.
• Minimum 10 years’ total experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• High proficiency with estimating software such as Expert.
• Ability to support Bid Manager and tendering team; establish subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Bid Manager, Submission Manager and tendering team.
• Develop tender estimates for civil infrastructure projects (roadworks, structures, rail, water, mining).
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, subconsultants and suppliers.
• Collaborate proactively with the tendering team.
