Stantec's Water team in Australia invites a Senior Civil Engineer to lead multidisciplinary water and wastewater projects in Brisbane. You will mentor engineers, manage scope, cost estimates and schedules, and collaborate with teams across Australia and the APAC region to deliver quality outcomes for local authorities and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Chartership/RPEQ achieved or in progress.
• 5–12 years' experience in consulting or engineering within the water industry.
• Experience with potable water, gravity and pumped sewerage, and recycled water networks.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants desirable.
• Experience with local authorities and government bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multidisciplinary water projects.
• Develop and manage project scope, cost estimates, budget, staffing and schedules.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Australia and APAC.
• Partner with local government, industry and developers.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a high-performance team.
• Uphold Stantec's core values and commitment to excellence.
