SYSTRA is seeking a senior civil engineer to support the design and delivery of major roads and highways projects in a hybrid work setting. You will coordinate civil design packages, produce technical outputs, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with standards and project requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership potential within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to grow into Design Manager/Technical Lead.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years’ experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on transport infrastructure, roads and highways.
• Experience delivering work on major infrastructure projects, ideally within the major D&C environment.
• Strong capability in general civil design, including alignment design and related road infrastructure elements such as road furniture.
• Proficiency in 12d and confidence producing or coordinating high-quality civil design outputs.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, while liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in a zone lead, coordination, or design leadership capacity, or the ambition to grow into a Design Manager/Technical Lead pathway.

In this role, you will support the design and delivery of major roads and highways projects, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality transport infrastructure outcomes.

Profile/Skills

What We’re Looking For
