Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil design and drafting.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Proficiency in 12D (including Network Editor) and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and proactive learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review design documentation ensuring compliance with standards and quality.
• Utilise CAD and 12D software to develop and refine technical solutions.
• Prepare and review construction methods to ensure design compliance (QA & ITP).
• Lead and manage multiple complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and consultants.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design practices and project outcomes.
