Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for land development in Victoria. You will lead civil infrastructure design across subdivisions, roads, drainage and water/sewer works, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, win work, and build strong client relationships while ensuring designs comply with Australian and Victorian standards. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to bid and win new work to contribute to team growth.
• Design skills with a background in civil infrastructure.
• Liaising with clients and building lasting relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of Australian/Victorian standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver land development and civil infrastructure design projects.
• Prepare civil engineering designs, drawings and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership across projects including subdivisions, roads, drainage and water/sewer reticulation.
• Build and maintain client and authorities relationships.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical excellence.
